British perfumer Jo Malone CBE has teamed up with Zara to create a range of fragrances which go on sale around the globe today.

The collaboration between the Jo Loves founder and the global fashion giant has been 18 months in the making and has led to the creation of eight fragrances in the Zara Emotions Collection by Jo Malone CBE, which retail for €25.95.

Zara said in a statement: "Jo Malone CBE is widely known for her skill of story-telling through scent, here working with Zara’s team, taking inspiration from the company’s fashion collections to create these special fragrances. We are very excited about this global collaboration and can’t wait to share it with our customers."

Our first collection is drawn on the global heritage of both brands, Zara and Jo Loves; using ingredients I have loved for many years. Every fragrance has been crafted with personality and a voice to tell its story in a unique fashion."

The fragrance collection comprises Vetiver Pamplemousse, Waterlily Tea Dress, Ebony Wood, Amalfi Sunray, Tuberose Noir, Fleur D’Oranger, Fleur De Patchouli and Bohemian Bluebells. It will be initially available in Europe, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand with other markets to follow.
