British genderless skincare brand, The Gruff Stuff has inked a new distribution partnership with Sealand Capital Galaxy Ltd that will see it become available via e-commerce and retail channels across mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.

The brand, which was founded by beauty entrepreneur David Sparkes, has seen a rapid expansion in distribution across the UK since it was launched in 2019 and is now available via Amazon, Next, The Perfume Shop, Wolf & Badger and N Brown across its JD Williams, Jacamo and Simply Be retail brands, among others.

Offering a range of vegan, paraben free, genderless and sustainably packaged skincare products, the brand held strong appeal for the “new type of Far Eastern consumer,” Sealand Capital Galaxy Executive Chairman Nelson Law said.

“Young, urban professionals in these territories are increasingly aligned with their contemporaries in other sophisticated markets when it comes to responsible skincare that is inoffensive to the environment and is not marketed along traditional gender lines.

“Products from The Gruff Stuff serve a growing, conscious market and we are very excited to bring this brand to the territories,” he added.
