Hong Kong-based footwear company Sugi International Limited has signed a new territory license agreement with Brand Machine Group (BMG), starting AW22.

Under the agreement, Brand Machine Group will design, manufacture and distribute Franklin & Marshall adults and children's apparel in the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia and Middle East.

Founded in 1999, Sugi International Limited manages the wholesale distribution of footwear under its own brand, under licence and for private labels. This includes Franklin & Marshall.

Massimo Sinigaglia, CEO of Sugi International Limited, said: "As we improve the profile of Franklin & Marshall in existing territories and explore new markets, we are looking forward to partnering with BMG."
