Boohoo's £323m PrettyLittleThing deal is scandalous, says short-seller

Boohoo has been attacked for a "scandalous" deal to buy out fellow owners of fashion brand PrettyLittleThing for up to £323m, just days after coming under fire from a short-seller.

The online retailer first bought two thirds of its smaller rival three years ago for just £3.3m and will now purchase the rest.
