Boohoo Group to open new offices in London's Soho
Boohoo Group is to open new offices in London's Soho having confirmed the purchase of a £72 million property.
Based in Manchester the online fashion group has been rapidly expanding and in the past year as the pandemic has ravaged the high street, it has acquired the brands and online operations of Oasis, Warehouse, Debenhams, Burton, Wallis and Dorothy Perkins.
In a statement this morning the group said the new premises in the heart of the capital's West End would be home to London-based product, marketing, technology and central support teams, offering flexible working for approximately 600 staff.
As well as its namesake brand the group also owns BoohooMAN, PrettyLittleThing, Miss Pap, Karen Millen, Coast and Nasty Gal.
Last week the group revealed it had acquired additional warehousing in Daventry (believed to the the former Arcadia warehouse) and would be investing £50m in the site in the coming years. The deal was expected to secure up to 500 jobs and in the future create up to a further 1,000 jobs as capacity increases at the site.
