Boden global brand director to leave the business
Boden's global brand director Penny Herriman is to step down from the British fashion and lifestyle brand at the end of the year to begin a new venture.
Herriman joined Boden five years ago to spearhead international growth and said she the experienced had inspired her to undertake an entrepreneurial venture.
“Boden is a unique family company and I am extremely proud of how the brand has evolved over the last five years. It’s taught me to be entrepreneurial and aim high, so I feel now is the time to leave and challenge myself even more," she said.
Boden CEO Jill Easterbrook Jill Easterbrook added: “Penny is a great member of our leadership team. Her passion for the Boden brand is infectious and she has achieved much here. She will be sorely missed, and I am sure will be equally successful in her next venture.”
The brand recently opened its second central London store in the extension of Westfield White City. The new store forms part of the online and home shopping brand’s retail strategy, which also includes concessions in John Lewis in the UK, Nordstrom in the US and Zalando in Germany.
