Bloobloom strengthens London footprint with new Notting Hill store

French fashion eyewear brand Bloobloom has today opened a 900 sq ft store at 172 Portobello Road in London’s Notting Hill, marking its eighth store in the capital.

It’s the latest Bloobloom store to open since May 2025, when 41 Brushfield Street in East London’s Spitalfields became the seventh location, following openings in Canary Wharf, Carnaby, Covent Garden, King’s Road, Marylebone Village, and Westfield London (White City).

The new Notting Hill store interior “blends Mediterranean warmth with quiet sophistication”. The space features earthy terracotta floors and light catching stucco walls, with Greek-style alcoves designed to frame the eyewear as sculptural art.

Balancing old world romance with tactile texture, the store pairs a delicate French chandelier and natural linen drapery with handmade rustic pottery. Designed as a curated sensory experience, the space offers “a sun-warmed, timeless escape in the heart of West London, mirroring the meticulous craftsmanship of the collection”.

The full collection, which features both sunglasses and spectacles, is now available to shop in store - with prices starting from £99. Customers can get walk-in eye examinations with in-house opticians in a dedicated testing room, adjustment and repair services as well as personalised style advice. All frames are handcrafted and made from sustainable materials.
