Ben Sherman reveals plans to expand in Europe

Iconic British brand Ben Sherman has revealed it is now planning to expand its EU presence across wholesale and e-commerce distribution, as well as open mono-brand retail stores over the next three years – with both Spain and Italy a key focus.

The brand has seen annual sales growth of 10% over the past three years, and the increased focus on Europe is a major factor in that growth. Ben Sherman’s senior vice president, Talbot Logan, said: “The world class nature of the Ben Sherman brand deserves partners who are world class in what they do.

“The combination will ensure the success of the Ben Sherman brand in both Spain and Italy and will make these two regions key to the fulfilment of our global strategy”. Two new distribution have also been added to realise the brand’s growth strategy.

There are also plans to once again show at the forthcoming Pitti Uomo trade show in Florence in June, and the brand’s flagship shop on London’s Carnaby Street is currently undergoing a refurbishment which will be relaunched in May.
