Balenciaga is bringing its Copyshop concept to Dover Street Market London in the lead up to Christmas allowing customers to create their own t-shirt designs.
First unveiled during Balenciaga’s take-over of Parisian concept store Colette last summer, the concept will be installed at Dover Street Market on Haymarket from 30 November to 17 December.
Two workstations, set up to resemble office-style printing facilities, will enable customers to create their own designs from a selection of Balenciaga logos, type and graphics, which can be printed instantly.
The T-shirts will be available in black, white, grey and red, in two sizes for men and women. The slogan “Balenciaga Do It Yourself Ts” will feature on the back.
A sculpture by American street artist Mark Jenkins and video screens will also form part of the installation.
To celebrate the project Balenciaga will offer an exclusive colour way of its Triple S trainer in Dover Street Market stores worldwide.
