Authentic Brands Group appoints ex-Warner Media exec as CFO
Jessica Holscott, a former Warner Media Executive, will succeed Kevin Clarke as CFO of Authentic Brands Group (Authentic) as he steps into a new role as Executive Vice Chairman.
In her new role, Holscott will lead the finance teams at Authentic, the owners of Reebok, Ted Baker and Forever 21. She will be based in the New York City headquarters, reporting directly to Founder, Chairman, and CEO Jamie Salter.
She previously held several leadership roles, including EVP and CFO at HBO, SVP and CFO of GE Asset Management at GE Capital.
Commenting on her new appointment, Holscott said: “I am excited to join the Authentic team and enhance the company’s strategic expansion and growth plans.

Jessica succeeds Kevin Clarke, who takes on a new role at Authentic as Executive Vice Chairman. Clarke joined the company after it was founded by Salter in 2010. In his new role, Clarke will work on new acquisitions and strategic business matters.
