Aspinal of London partners with Secoo to reach Asia market

British luxury accessories house Aspinal of London has partnered with Asia’s leading integrated online and offline luxury platform, Secoo, to help it reach luxury customers in Asia.

The partnership, which sees Secoo become Aspinal of London’s official online Chinese distribution sales channel, was revealed during London Fashion Week as the brand presented its AW18 collection, which is focused around the Lions of London and gems in gold, silver, amethyst, topaz and amber.

The new collection, includes the Blogger bag, (a cross-body bag), and the London Tote (a hand tote), which are both new bags. It also included a transparent Lion Trunk Clutch that was featured in this month's Vogue magazine.

Secoo has more than 15m registered users and works with 3,000-plus global brands. Aspinal of London's SS18 collection is already available on the platform and its mobile app. Every item ordered through Secoo is shipped directly from Aspinal’s head office in London, to ensure product authenticity and quality.

"Aspinal of London’s timeless and fresh approach to distinctive and quintessentially British leather accessories have found a home with Chinese consumers through Secoo and we’re delighted to be working with them," said Secoo managing director for Europe Giulia Costantini.

The presentation at its Regent Street store was attended by Han Huohuo, the influential Chinese fashion blogger and social media influencer, who said: "I am very happy to introduce this timeless, classic and creative brand to the Asian market.”
