ASOS has made its “Boards” feature shareable with friends & family, following its introduction last year.
Boards allow customers to organise their saved items into themes and, since their introduction last October, some 6 million boards have been created with around 420,000 now being produced every month.
Now, ahead of the crucial festive shopping season, customers can share boards with friends & family to receive feedback or create gift wishlists for themselves or others.
The new shareable functionality, is available on the ASOS app on iOS and is coming soon to Android. Via the function customers will be able to instantly share Boards through social platforms and messaging apps by clicking on the share icon.
When shared, the link will take customers straight to the Board either in the app, if it’s installed, or to a mobile web page if not.
Official ASOS influencers, known as ASOS Insiders, will also be using the feature to create shoppable Boards for customers.
