ASOS and Klarna extend partnership on payments

ASOS has extended its partnership with disruptive payments provider Klarna and is now offering its Pay in 3 service along with its Pay later option.

The online young fashion was an early adopter in the UK of Klarna's deferred payment option, which allows consumers to order their items and only pay for those they keep up to 30 days later.

Pay in 3 allows consumers to spread the cost of their purchases across three interest-free monthly payments, the first instalment of which is paid upon order. Its introduction comes on the back of the success of the Pay in 4 option, which was launched to US customers.
