AMI reveals London treasure hunt for launch of ‘Paris Paris’ bag
French luxury brand AMI has today, 17 November, launched a treasure hunt in London to celebrate the launch of its ‘Paris Paris’ bag.
The treasure hunt, which was also recently held in Paris, consists of finding 50 miniature 3D-printed Paris Paris bags, specially manufactured by digital artist 3DFiti. The 3D-printed bags each feature a distinct QR code and will be hidden in carefully selected places in central London.
At 3:30pm today, AMI posted on its social media a video and a map, revealing the first drop and its location, as a teaser. Then, throughout the day tomorrow, it will reveal all 50 locations of the Paris Paris miniatures, which will officially launch the bags’ hunt game.
The bags will be pinned on a digital map - available to view on participants’ mobile phones. Each time a bag hunter finds a miniature, they must scan its QR code in order to become its legit winner, which will also subsequently allow them to claim their prize, and 5 QR codes will earn the lucky winners a ‘real-life’ Paris Paris bag.
