Alo Yoga to open first UK store outside of London
Los Angeles-based activewear brand Alo Yoga is set to open a new 7,018 sq ft store at 5 New Cathedral Street in Manchester.
It will see Alo Yoga join recent arrivals Arc’teryx and Represent on the street, opposite the Arndale Centre, after signing a 10-year lease.
It also marks Alo Yoga’s first UK store outside of London, having opened its first at 33 King’s Road in November 2023, followed by a 10,000 sq ft flagship at 150 Regent Street and another at 75 Brompton Road - both in August 2024 - as well one at 25 Neal Street in Covent Garden in December 2024.
The Covent Garden store opened in the same week that Alo Yoga opened its first store in Ireland, a 6,738 sq ft unit at 62 Grafton Street in Dublin.

Alo Yoga was founded in Los Angeles in 2007 with "a mission to spread the transformative power of mindfulness, movement and wellness".
The brand has cultivated a dedicated community of celebrities and influential figures worldwide, including Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Hailey Bieber and Taylor Swift.
