AllSaints makes two promotions to leadership team
British fashion brand AllSaints has announced two senior management promotions to its global leadership team, also incorporating John Varvatos, the US menswear brand acquired by AllSaints owner Lion Capital in 2021.
Alex Didymiotis has been appointed Chief People Officer, while Alfie Meekings has taken on the role of Chief Transformation & Technology Officer.

Didymiotis joined the group as Global People & Culture Director in April 2024, bringing experience from senior roles at Charlotte Tilbury, TFG Brands and Phase Eight. Since joining, she has made "a significant contribution to strengthening the group’s culture and people strategy".
As Chief People Officer, she will to lead the group’s global talent agenda, culture initiatives and HR operations.

Meekings joined the group as Global Director of Transformation in November 2024. He has more than a decade of leadership experience in business transformation and technology, with senior roles at Selfridges and Tesco, as well as consultancy work with Charlotte Tilbury and EY.
Since joining the group, he has delivered a number of strategic projects and played a key role in setting the group’s future vision, with "a renewed focus on the customer", underpinned by advancements in data, AI and innovation.

Both have already made a substantial contribution since they joined us, and their expertise in people, technology and transformation is invaluable as we ensure that our brands are positioned as strongly as possible for the future.
