AllSaints has announced that Chief Operating Officer Catherine Scorey Jobling is stepping down from her role after seven years with the company.

The move marks the end of a period of significant change for the East London-based fashion brand, during which Scorey Jobling played a key role in broadening its product offer, evolving its store aesthetic and strengthening operations across both AllSaints and its sister brand, John Varvatos.

Peter Wood, CEO of AllSaints, said: "When I became CEO of AllSaints in 2018 my first big decision was to ask Catherine to join us as our COO, and I am so glad that I did. Over the past seven years, she has helped us achieve so much, expanding our product proposition, evolving our store aesthetic, sharpening our execution, and elevating our brands.

"Her energy and talent have made a real difference across our business and inspired everyone who has worked with her during her time here. We’re hugely grateful for everything she’s done for AllSaints and John Varvatos, and we wish her every success for the future."

During her tenure, Scorey Jobling oversaw several major initiatives, including the refinement of AllSaints’ retail environments and the evolution of its global brand strategy, ensuring consistency across both physical and digital platforms.

Prior to her role at AllSaints, Scorey Jobling was the Womenswear Director at Ted Baker for over 12 years.

Scorey Jobling added: "I’ve loved every moment of the incredible seven years that I've spent at this fantastic company.

"I’m hugely proud of what we’ve achieved so far at AllSaints and John Varvatos, and it’s been a real privilege to work with such talented and passionate people. This has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career, and I wish Pete and the team all the very best for the future."

This comes as AllSaints reshapes its senior leadership team. In September, Alex Didymiotis was appointed Chief People Officer, while Alfie Meekings took on the role of Chief Transformation & Technology Officer.
