Aldi is hoping to take a bigger bite out of the festive beauty market with the launch of its first beauty box-style advent calendar and a limited-edition festive makeup range.
Available to pre-order from 24 October, the discounter's Lacura-branded advent calendar will have an rrp of £54.99 and contain twenty four own-brand beauty products including skincare, lip balms, tanning drops, perfume and a pillow sleep spray.
The launch is set to come just ahead of the arrival of Aldi’s Lacura-branded festive makeup range which will include a highlighter and bronzer for £4.99 each and a Velvet Eye Shadow Palette in three colourways for £5.99.
Aldi's year-round Lacura beauty offer includes a broad range of "high quality" skincare products at budget prices. Best-sellers include its Lacura Q10 Renew Anti-Wrinkle Multi-Intensive Serum, which has an rrp of £2.99.
