Adidas Originals launches new watches designed by Timex Group

Adidas Originals has announced its "Time for Me" campaign, alongside the launch of four new watches designed and manufactured by Timex Group.

According to the brand, the campaign reflects the "dynamic, impromptu and honest lives of the Young Creative", championing their unique personality and self-expression.

The collection, which features two digital and two analogue watches, illustrates how a watch can "add new creative potential to further express the individual style and become another essential accessory to the Young Creative’s way of life".

The four watches in the collection blends the "Timex Group’s watchmaking and design expertise and adidas Originals’ street culture inspiration".

  • Concrete Junglists – DIGITAL ONE GMT is centered around the Young Creative lifestyle that lives within the concrete jungle that is the city, easily adapting to the modern explorer’s lifestyle as it keeps time anywhere in the world.
  • Reeewind Time – DIGITAL TWO combines an 80’s retro digital vibe with a modern flair to represent the musical expressiveness of the Young Creative.
  • Sustainably Strapped – PROJECT ONE strips everything back and captures the watch naturally to encapsulate the sustainable materials it is made from, with no battery needed as it powers itself using sunlight.
  • Game On The Go – PROJECT TWO focuses on the streets as the ‘everyday’ home of sport for Young Creatives, it combines streetwear attitude with everyday comfort.
