Adanola and Club L London make Sunday Times 100 list
Adanola, Six Stories and Club L London were among the 12 clothing and jewellery retailers to make The Sunday Times Hundred 2024, which was published today. The lengthy list is made up of the UK's fastest-growing companies.
The Sunday Times Hundred 2024 is an "exclusive guide to Britain’s fastest-growing private companies" that make under £250 million in annual revenues. It included everything from greeting card retailers to meal delivery services. Fintech company Allicia Bank took first place, with a growth of 536.98% amounting to £191 million.
As for the fashion and clothing sector, athleisurewear brands took the cake. Adanola, the womenswear athleisure brand, is all the way up in seventh place after growing 201.52% to £57.4 million.
Fellow athleisurewear brand Castore also made the list, however, its position was downgraded to 34th after taking second place in 2023.
In addition, Passenger, Jaded London, Disturbia, Represent, Club L London, ThruDark, Sole Bliss and AYBL Group are among the publication’s top 100 ranking of the UK’s fastest-growing privately owned clothing companies.
Abbott Lyon, the only jewellery retailer on the list, is also of note. The Bath-based brand, which took 87th place with 68.26% growth, is known for its affordable jewellery and exclusive collaborations with social media stars, in particular ex-love islanders.
Beauty brands also made the cut, including haircare brands Only Curls, PlantMade and Champo, as well as skincare brand 47 Skin.
