Luxury multibrand etailer Mytheresa.com has unveiled a dedicated Korean language site for its customers based in South Korea.

Localised extra features have been included on the fully translated site with regards to payment, shipping, exchanges and returns.

The German-based etailer provides all the relevant FTA (free trade agreement) documents for products manufactured in the EU for Korean customers, offers a 30-day exchange and returns service, 72-hour delivery, a toll-free customer care number and a Korean language how-to guide.

Mytheresa.com said it launched the site in response to the strong growth potential of the South Korean luxury market. "The Korean luxury market is moving quickly to digital. Ever since our first activities in Korea we have seen a massive consumer shift to digital and a triple digit growth in the market," said president Michael Kilger.

"We strive to provide the best customer experience for women worldwide. For us it is thus a natural next step to offer our finest edit in luxury fashion to Korean customers also in their mother tongue," he added. Korean customers can still shop the global Mytheresa.com site should they wish.

Mytheresa.com was founded in 2006 and now stocks around 200 international designer brands including Balenciaga, Saint Laurent and Valentino. The business was acquired by US department store group Neiman Marcus in 2014.
